Feb 10 00:59:31 node-18.rosti.cz node-api[30523]: 2022/02/10 00:59:31 STATS ERROR: docker container top call error: Error response from daemon: Container a44ea282ac86a0f6023883472d7e2b87a24bfb78433fc1425bb3689d389eb37d is not running

Fix this error. It tries to get something from the container even when it's off.
